What type of coffee should I use?
What type of coffee should I use?
We recommend using freshly ground coffee beans. For best results, grind your beans to a fine espresso grind using a coffee grinder. Pre-ground coffee will work, but freshly ground beans will always give better flavor and crema.
Where is the water added?
Where is the water added?
You simply unscrew the top cap, add medium-hot water (around 90–95°C / 195–205°F) into the water compartment, and then close it securely.
When you pump the handle, air pressure builds inside the chamber. That pressure pushes the hot water through the ground coffee, just like a traditional espresso machine, creating a rich and flavorful espresso shot.
